How We Book 12 Kitchen Estimates Per Week for a Single Dealer Without Cold Calling
A step-by-step breakdown of the intake flow, the ad creative that converts, and the follow-up sequence that closes the gap.

Booking kitchen estimates without cold calling comes down to three things: ads that reach people already planning a kitchen, a response fast enough to catch them while they're still shopping, and a booking flow that gets them onto the calendar and keeps them there.
This post walks through the system step by step, with the research behind each piece. How many estimates it books depends on your market, your ad budget and how fast your team picks up the phone. The order of operations stays the same.
Referrals are the best leads a dealer gets. The problem is you can't turn them up when a slow month hits.
Paid ads can fill that gap, but ads only produce inquiries. If the intake behind them is slow, you pay for leads that go cold before anyone calls. When Harvard Business Review audited 2,241 US companies, 23% never responded to a web lead at all, and the ones that replied within 30 days averaged 42 hours.
Search ads reach people typing kitchen searches into Google right now. Meta ads reach homeowners who are planning but may not be searching yet. Either way, assume the lead has contacted other companies too. In ArcSite's 2022 survey, 95% of homeowners said they get more than one bid.
That's why the text goes out in about 90 seconds and a person calls within five minutes. The Lead Response Management Study (InsideSales.com and Dr. James Oldroyd, 2007) found the odds of reaching a lead drop 100 times when you call at 30 minutes instead of 5, and the odds of qualifying them drop 21 times. Velocify reported that calling within a minute can increase the likelihood of conversion by nearly 400%.
You can't fix a response time you don't measure. Moving each lead to "Contacted" in the CRM records when the first call happened, so you can check your median response time every week and see where the gaps are: evenings, weekends and install days.
If the lead can't talk when you call, a scheduling link by text lets them pick an estimate time without phone tag. Offer a few real time slots instead of an open calendar so your designer's day stays efficient.

A booked estimate only counts if the homeowner is there when your designer arrives. Steps 6 and 7 protect the appointment.
The evidence for reminders is strong, though it comes from healthcare. A Cochrane review of text message reminders found attendance was 78.6% with text reminders compared with 67.8% with no reminders. Phone call reminders came in at 80.3%. An in-home design visit isn't a doctor's appointment, but a 24-hour and 2-hour reminder costs nothing once it's automated.
When a lead doesn't answer at all, keep calling. Velocify found 93% of converted leads were reached by the sixth call attempt. Our 7-touch follow-up sequence lays out the cadence.
Speed. The system handles the texts, booking links and reminders, but someone on your team has to make the first call within minutes during business hours. If nobody can commit to that, the rest of the system can't save the lead.
For K&B Ads Agent, the ad spend minimum is $1,500/mo, billed directly by Google and Meta. You'll also need a working website with an intake process and someone who answers the phone.
If you follow up in under five minutes and have a clean booking flow, paid ads have a real shot at filling your estimate calendar. If you don't, you're mostly paying for leads that someone else calls first. That's why K&B Ads Agent is measured in booked, qualified, in-home estimates instead of clicks.
